Did you know that the nervous system cannot process more than 110 bits of information/second? For you to read that sentence and understand it took another 60 bits. As we move through our day and our activity, we have the choice on how we engage the remaining amount. Most of the time it gets divided... we are listening to a friend on the phone, while typing an email and mentally creating a list of things to get at the grocery.
Being in the flow means being completely engaged by what you are doing. All-in. Sweetly losing yourself in the experience of your work, your conversation, your life. While the flow experience is a natural state of being: Alignment of True Self + Heartfelt Intention + Support from the Universe; it isn't always an easy one. In my experience, it takes ALOT of practice and even then it doesn't even happen all of the time.
But here is why I strive for mastery. When I am in-sync, there is not enough attention to give to fear and ego. Only choice, love & possiblity live. Cheers to life!
What areas of your life are you most in flow? What areas are you not? What practice will you take to move towards a flow experience?

Sundial Pose (Parivrtta Surya Yantrasana)
Complete a well-rounded warm-up that has some emphasis on side bending
Sit on the floor with your right knee bent and heel close to your center
Bend your left knee into your chest and sit up tall
Hold onto the outside of your left foot with your right hand
Position more of your body weight onto your right seat with an engaged core
Extend your left leg to the side while you press your inner thigh open with your left arm
Create space and energy through your right side while filling up your low back with breath
Slowly deconstruct the pose and try on 2nd side
Counter this movement with Bound Angle Pose (Baddha Konasana)
