As the seasons begin to shift, this retreat is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and return to what matters most.
Through nature, movement, reflection, and meaningful conversation, we’ll create space to ground, reset, and move intentionally into the final months of the year.
Throughout the day we will move through practices that support both reflection and forward momentum, including:
- Silent forest meditation hike
- Movement practice
- Workshop + accompanying workbook
- Warm + delicious lunch prepared by private chef
- Active breathwork practice
- Time for quiet reflection as well as engaging with an intentional community
Space is limited to 16 participants.

Each retreat or workshop I lead includes a donation to a Colorado nonprofit organization.
Sample Schedule
8:30am / Meet at Breathe Yoga (215 N Doc Susie Ave. Fraser, CO)
8:45am / Carpool to trail
9-10:30am / Silent meditation hike
10:30-11am / Back to studio to settle
11am-12:15pm / Movement practice
12:30-1:15pm / Warm lunch provided by our chef
1:30-3pm / Fall Workshop
3-4pm/ Active Breathwork Practice
4-430pm / Closing
