Drift

Here we are- July.
Halfway through the year.
The heat of summer is here — stretched days, camping trips, concerts, and golden light that lingers well past dinner.
Â
And maybe… the realization that you’ve ghosted the goals you set in January.
Â
Okay, maybe not a total ghosting — more like a quiet quitting. A slow drift.
I’ve felt it, too.Â
Head down, life moving fast, and suddenly we’re here — mid year.
Â
So I’m pausing to ask:
Where am I now in relationship to the intentions I set at the beginning of the year?Â
And more importantly: What actually matters to me now?
Â
It’s normal to shift course.Â
What felt urgent or aligned six months ago might not feel true today.Â
Life changes. Priorities evolve. And that’s okay.Â
The question isn’t why you drifted — it’s: Are you willing to realign?
Â
This isn’t about catching up — it’s about checking in.Â
Coming back to what’s true for you today.
Coming back to your why.
Coming back to yourself.Â
Â
Here are a few reflective prompts if you’re craving a mid-year reset:
Â
What intentions or goals did you set at the beginning of the year?
If you chose a word for the year, what’s your relationship to it today?
What can you celebrate from the first six months? What wins will you pause and honor?
What matters most to you right now? What goals or intentions need to shift based on that?
Where do you want to reset or refine in the second half of the year — in these areas:
Health
Relationships
Career
Fun/Play/Passion
Money
Personal Growth
